What we collect on this site, and what we do with it.

Plain English, because that is how we would want it explained to us.

What you send us

When you fill in a form (a loan request, a contact message, or an investor sign-in), we receive what you type and any files you attach: typically your name, email, phone, the property address and the details of your deal. We use it for one thing: to evaluate your request and reply to you. We keep it as part of our records of that request.

• Form submissions are stored by our website host (Netlify) and emailed to our team through our own Google Workspace account.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other lenders or marketers. We share it only with the people needed to process your request (for example a title company, once a loan is approved and you ask us to proceed).
• Investor documents and balances are shown only to the investor they belong to, after signing in with a one-time link sent to the email on file.

What the site records on its own

Like most websites, this one uses a few tools to see which pages are useful and whether our advertising works:

• PostHog (site analytics): pages viewed, buttons used, and general device and location information.
• Google Ads tag: tells Google when a visit from one of our ads leads to a submitted form, so we know which ads are worth running.
• Meta pixel: the same, for Facebook and Instagram ads.

These tools set cookies and may collect your IP address and browser details. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site works the same either way. If you tell your browser not to accept cookies, the forms still work.

Email

If you send us a deal, we email you a confirmation with a reference number and reply from Investors@TAGIndustries.com. We do not add you to a mailing list. Investor sign-in links are sent only to the email address on file and expire in 15 minutes.

Questions, corrections or deletion

Email contact@TAGIndustries.com and tell us what you sent and when. We will correct or delete what we hold about you, except records we need to keep for a loan or investment that is in progress or has closed.
